Please I want my money back in my supabets account

I am very disappointed with Supabets. I played a ticket for R3000 on the 2nd of April 2021 and won R25,473.72 on the 4th of April 2021 because that is when the last game on the ticket played. And the winning amount R25,473.72 was taken out of my account by supabets without even telling me. When I found out that the money has been taken out of my account,I called supabets and they told me that they took out the money because they wanted to update their system and I asked them when will the money be deposited by into my account and they told me that it will be deposited back as soon as possible. But I have been calling supabets for a month now and they keep telling me the same thing over and over and I am now very worried because I have lost almost a million rand on supabets since opening an account with them.

Their system is now up and running,so I don't know why they are taking long to deposit back my money in my account. I have been calling them every day and they keep telling me that the money will be in my account before the end of the day and it's a month now and I still haven't receive the money. Please I want my money back in my account before the end of the day and I will stop playing supabets again because I am really disappointed with Supabets.
