Played money but halve the winnings paid only in ( virtual currency) so sad

I had a review a week or two ago about a bet I placed with supabets R150 on goalscorers on which I won over 9k supabets contacted me and tried to resolve the issue well here is how it all played out On the same topic it is so sad that Supabets tried to come with a solution to sort out the mess they created with my bet. My payout was supposed to be well over 9k yet I spoke to the agent at supabets that took the details of the bet. A few days after supabets deposited R4200 as a loyalty bonus in my account of which I had a wager on of x1 first of all I played with actual cash and won 9k yet I was credited with R4200 in virtual currency of which u have a 50/50 chase of getting your money. This is the first time I hear of a betting site putting a wager on money you were supposed to get. When I asked where is my money I got a reply the bookmaker said there is nothing for you. I mean what type of customer service is this. I won a bet and got not even halve my money in virtual currency. So sad so so sad in other words I'm getting ****med out of my money
