PayU Deposit Not Reflecting
Supabets does not understand that deposits made via credit card do not have a proof of payment. Made a deposit via PayU and it did not reflect, when I asked they said I should send a proof of payment. I went to the bank (ABSA) where they explained that card payments do not have a proof of payment but a transactional report which they gave me to send to Supabets which I did, yet supabets refuses to refund me or credit my account. Is it just me that this happened to?
