Payout Dispute
I have a problem with the way supabets does payouts when there is a cancellation or postponing of games. I have a ticket number SSZ***AQ-*** with winning odds of R793.60 and one game did not take place and my payout was R114.68 which I feel it is a daylight *******. My bet slips had odds of 0.25, 2.75, 0.91, 0.33 and 0.87 and I paid R40, and they paid me R114.68 out of R793.60 because of one game that was cancelled is *******. I mean I had one ticket that I played with R18 and the odds where 1.46 and I won R44.28 but the R40 one pays me that, no I feel it is not right and I'm being cheated here. They promise me that they will resolve it within an hour yesterday, but they failed and I want this to be resolved ASAP. Supabets must not take us for a ride we are using our money here...!! I tried to be pro-active and used your what's up to resolve this query but to no avail all I got was arrogance I think they are hoping this will go away, all I want is someone to show me how did you reach a payout of R114.68 from my winning odds of 0.25, 2.75, 0.91, 0.33 and 0.87 at a total stake of R40..!
