Payments team - Laziest bunch of employees

I am experiencing the worst time ever, i am unable to withdraw any winnings for the past 24 hours. Every time i requested a withdrawal it bounced advising i am only allowed to withdraw winnings by that stage i only had winnings as i had wagered my deposit numerous times.

I am truly sick and tired and in distress as i have given birth recently and my hormones are all over the place, my child could not even get my full attention due to this today.

Hopefully i will not have to go to the gambling boards for this its not even R700.

I will definitely be closing my account with Supabets after this and suggest nobodt to join this platform ever.
