Pathetic Support service from their Withdrawal department.

Supabets withdrawal via Standard Bank Instant money is a Joke, What pathetic gambling platform the worst gambling platform ever. Iade a withdrawal yesterday afternoon of R400 via their Standard Bank instant money ports. The withdrawal was approved and showed successful. Its been more than 24Hrs and still i have not received my voucher or my pin, i spike to the support team of supabets and they told me that i should call standard bank as they have completed the withdrawal from their side, i tried resending the voucher but still. Nothing came through. I called Standard Bank Instant Money departmeny and the consultant informed me that did not receive and withdrawal of R400 from Supabets, i ahoukd call them back and their support to call Standard Bank themselves to the inquiry them selves, which i did the superbets support informed me that they will escalate this with their withdrawal department, I've been waiting and up until now i have received any feed back relating to my query... I think that this is rather pathetic and nobody can give me any indication as to what happened to my withdrawal. I would not recommend this gaming platform to anyone. i mean honestly. This withdrawal was done yesterday afternoon at 13h58.
