Pathetic Service from not so Supabets

I have received the weekly so called "Bonus" from my loosing tickets. I placed a bet and realised after submitting that I chose a team that I didn't want to play. I emailed their support department to cancel the bet . To my surprise their reply was " We don't cancel ticket that has been placed with bonus money". I called in wanting to find out if this is included on their terms and conditions of the use of the bonus money and no one gave an answer. Why do you dictate to us , what to play? Is this bonus money there just to lure or entice people to join you? Very dissapointed with the service you provide.
