Pathetic service at Supabets umngeni branch

i was in umngeni branch today to collect my money since i needed a withdrawal, the way i was mad of the pathetic service that i was given by the clerk that was working in the payout/prepaid section was so rude to me and i waited 35 minutes to get service and ended up giving up and going while i was standing he literally asked me if i have a problem if i do i should report it to his manager while he was busy chatting to his friend that was in the counter the friend left his bag and went to the toilet while he waited for him to come back while i waited...wow such a poor service i am so dissapointed i promise to never come to the branch ever again and to take my betting to Hollywoodbets and i wont be the only 1 leaving if they continue with that kind of service.
