Pathetic
I tried, unsuccessfully withdraw my winnings from Supabets on 21st November (R100) and 30 November (R250). The money disappeared and was never credited back to me. The live WhatsApp agent kept asking for information I sent a few times. He took forever to respond and finally tells me he'll escalate to his team leader. An agent also called me saying they cannot find the transactions even after I shared the screenshots. This is unfair treatment of a loyal client.
