not wanting to pay out

I write this with absolute disgust of the yeoville supabets next to Mcdonalds. After winning R45K you'd swear they do not want to pay out because its been a back and forth for days need i say the attitude of the admin lady has been absolutely unprofessional and arrogant.<br> <br> first all the documentation to collect the money was wrong, I went back home gather everything they told me went to check with them if all the documents were correct considering the payout time had passed) and i was informed by Philip that it was all good.<br> <br> i sent someone over with the same documents as lastnight only for them to be turned away because apparently they needed a proof of residence that states you are paying your bill, not older than three months and i immediately got on the phone to confirm the statement i gave them clearly indicated a R600 that was paid into the account and the arrogant admin lady still said they needed a most recent one of which i couldn't find and she said i can email them my dstv statement which i did...3 most recent ones to be exact and they emailed backed and said the spelling of my street name is TURDTHOPE and not TUDHOPE so they cant process the payment...WOOW REALLY
