Since yesterday I complained about my withdrawal, I made profits from bonus, when I tried to withdraw they denied my withdrawal and they took the profits they say I did bonus manipulation whilst I didn't do bonus manipulation, I send them emails they've been saying they've escalating matter to the relevant department and since yesterday I've been waiting for feedback and there's no feedback
