My winnings not allocated money (S17ASTPTSSEC-853408)

My split ticket status is marked as closing without allocating winnings to the 8 teams that i got correct . Out of 8 teams ...5 teams are displaying as still processing

Please correct this : (S17ASTPTSSEC-853408)
