Missing winning bet

I would like to know why supabets changed my original account with user ID 18423 to a new account when I played a ticket which was still moving with a payout of R27million. Now you gave me R50 as bonus and only R20 on the new account that I didn't open myself. New user ID is ***5.

Each time I call or you call me you always pushing me to this new account you gave me.

My query is what happened to my original account and what happened to my R27 million ticket which was still in progress?
