****med by Supabets
It is disappointing that I'm being ****med by supabets after being a client for more than 10 years. On the 21st I made a withdrawal, a pop-up instructing me to send documents appeared, I sent the documents via email because fica upload was and is not responding. FICA emails are ignored and I have been sent back and forth eversince, they are playing "frustrate them till they give up" tactic.

24 Nov 2025, 16:14SUPABETS is really playing games with our money, the agent called and asked me to send the documents through FICA upload button, this is the fourth person telling me the same thing which they know it doesn't work. The irony is that, they keep asking us to send an error when they know that they have deactivated their upload system and we don't receive any error but the FICA upload button keep giving you the message to upload. What a way to play your clients SUPABETS.
