Kindly check the reels on instant games they are not stopping

<div>I'm currently having a huge problem with instant games of which I had emailed before on the 26th of May explaining the reels are not stopping they keep going even when you press stop. For the past 3 weeks it's been a night mare. I was told the bookmakers will look into it today is the 4th I'm still experiencing the same problem.

Kindly assist as this is fustrating </div>
