I've been ****med by Supabets

My name is Hlayiseka and today I'm very angry and very disappointed that i cant believe that a big company like Supabets is a ****, I've been ****med by Supabets, the story starts like this on the 15 November 2024 i bought a R100 1Vaucher and load it in my Supabets account i win R506 from UK49, i couldn't withdraw as my account needed FICA, i decide to visit the nearest branch on the 16th of November which in 70 Barclay House Corner Klein &, Plein St, Johannesburg, 2000 nest to MTN Rank i waited from 13:30 to almost 15:00 to get help, being help by one of the Supabets Agent called Lehlohonolo and some call center ***s over the phone very unprofessional the send my FICA to the call center *** and told me i have to wait an 1 hour so i can make a withdrawal, ok i wait an hour and come back, they tell me my statement is old i must sent them a recent one. Ok i went home and got to my Laptop and send them a recent one, than i login my account i found my balance at R0.28 when i check my transaction list someone bet Aardvark i don't even know what that is, my money is gone, as much as they made it so had for me to withdraw my money im sure they can investigate how my money despaired, im very angry at Supabests I'm even out of words.
