Inefficient payments by supabets and *********** staff

I have made three withdrawal requests in the past 3 days via standard bank instant money and all of them have exceeded 24 hours, the first withdrawal has exceeded 48 hours and I still haven't received any of the money. I contacted supabets via whatsapp and I also made direct calls to them, I've not been assisted, the staff does not really care, they rarely reply on WhatsApp, if u get a response it's just one of passing the buck.
