Incorrect money market pin

I recently attempted to withdrew my winnings from Supabets using an option called sparklepay which sends you a money pin number to withdraw from an ATM. However the pin came up as invalid when I attempted the withdrawal. This is the second I have this issue with them, the first around I received a new pin after fighting with them over a couple of days. This time around I communicated with them and they said they would contact me which they only attempted twice while I was at work in a call centre, I asked them to call me at a specific time, I was ignored and told to call their head office. I am exhausted of fighting with them as of this moment I still do not have my R400 which I withdrew from them. Please help
