Incompetence
A 1 hour process time for withdrawals cannot turn into 4days. This is not acceptable. Your staff are lazy and ***********. Your chat time drops the chat when they no longer feel like dealing with your query and you payments team are just AWOL. Your site gives us the turn around time and yet you cannot stick to it. But 4 days is upsurd
