Inability to withdraw deposit funds as you can only withdraw upon winning

I have had a terrible outing with Supabets lately and I want to share it with the broader community. Supabets is a gaming platform of chance like many others and they always protect themselves very well with fine print. It is not called fine print for nothing.

So I go ahead and created an account with Supabets deposited money have played made other deposits. When I wanted to withdraw I was unable to and the support team at Supabets are not supportive . Seems they also in the dark.

This is a very strange experience that I have encountered that only if you win you can only withdraw your winnings and your deposit money cannot be accessed. It's either you play to loose it or continue winning which is on probabilities. Alternatively you can only get your money after 30 working days. This is my experience with Supabets.co.za and is indeed a negative experience. When challenging them they refer to the "FINE PRINT" So I was caught of guard. I have to wait 30 working days for my money that I have deposited.

I would not recommend Supabets to any would be gamer based on my negative experience with them. The staff equally and unequally will keep you in the dark intentionally or out of lack of knowledge.
