I am very dissapointed in there service

Friday 6th of May I won money and withdrew it and then I played again on Sunday the 8th of May and withdrew it, so I made 2 withdrawals over the weekend by eft. I know that they do not pay out until Monday so I waited for Monday, but they only payed me out for the Sundays win and not the Fridays win. I contacted Supabets by email,phone and there website chat and was told by all that they have escalated my situation and will be contacted shortly. Today it is the 19 of May and no one has contacted me to sort this out. They can see on my account that I won on both of those occasions and I made two separate eft withdrawals. It's not rocket science.. I won fare and square so I expect my winnings in full. I am so dissapointed how things turned out. I played alot there the last few months and had no problems with them until now. I just hope this gets sorted out and I do not lose the money
