Horrible service
Can I please just have feedback on my withdrawal requests please since Saturday I've been sending emails I called in as well all I'm being told is that my query will be referred to the relevant department. No one is getting back to me unless I call or send emails. Since Saturday it's been a struggle getting my money. Withdrawals is always a problem ALWAYS!
