Horrible Service

I made a payment of R200 to Supabets on the 28-02-2020. I've been trying to get this money to be credited into my account with no luck. Their support department is not helpful at all. I supp**** them with the proof of payment via email through their chats. even though i asked one of the agents how long will the money reflect on my account. they never have a turn around time. I was promised someone will get back to me till this day haven't heard from them since
