Gross incompetence and dont care attitude!

Supabets were having a special whereby if you deposited R2000 into your betting account they would give you R1000 bonus money.I deposited R4700.Their online representative told me she dont sell any R2000 vouchers and that I would have to buy several smaller denomination vouchers but that I must not worry as I would still get my bonus money.When I logged in the next day only R500 bonus appeared.I contacted their head office.Spoke to a Bianca Scheepers who basically said to bad so sad and that I would have to forfeit my other R500 bonus due to her staffs acknowledged incompetence.When you liase with her it seems as if she has better things to do than deal with customers.When you visit their branch even the manager doesnt know whats going on and reffers to juniors for advice.
