Funds not reflecting

This afternoon I deposited money to my supabets account but it hasn't reflected yet. When I tried to get assistance from the whatsapp support number they didn't assist me and I told them that I wanted to bet right away hence I did a direct cash deposit.

I need help to get this sorted. Had I known this would happen I wouldn't have deposited any money to this account. Please sort this out as soon as possible. It's been more than 6 hours now with no help.
