I'm not happy, I'm extremely disappointed with superbets. I made a bet and it disappeared mind u I won R510 on this bet slip. When I queried it they said they can't find the bet slip, it "disappeared". It was on the 3rd last week Tuesday, they rudely said to me without a bet number they can't help me. I've spoken to Mpho,Sbusiso...Sbongile,Musinya...so many of them and they all have been ****** useless. I'm a loyal customer and have my whole family and friends on Superbets. I found the bet slip number which is S7TZREESPES-*** and even then they still said they will call me back, now I spend alot of money on Superbets and I'm never again. I'm going on Facebook, Instagram...I'm going to tell the whole world if I have too. Superbets is a *****!!!
