FICA Documents

I have registered and deposited my money into their platform, I have played few games on Supabets, when I won I wanted to withdraw my money I won. I went to withdraw it and it wanted me to do my FICA documents, I have uploaded my documents to them so many times, I even messaged the agencies via the Supabets platform, via WhatsApp and via Email. They told me it only takes less a day, I have been waiting almost and entire day for them to review my FICA document but no one has either accepted or reviewed my FICA documents. I don't wanna waste time and waste my money if I no one can correspond to my FICA document and I'm still waiting
