FICA
I have recently signed up with you guys since then its endless issues.
I went through the entire FICA process with you guys.
I tried to withdraw an amount of R478 on Sunday and i was told i need to FICA my account, what is really going on here. This is tempting to keep money in this account because it provokes you to spend it which i have already done.
I want to use my account and load a voucher and if i win that means i still cant withdraw due to FICA.
This is really bad service, Can someone assist.
