I joined as a new client after seeing adverti*****ts on sms stating on joining I will receive 200% bonus on amount I purchase. I joined with R100.00 and received R200.00 bonus and welcome bonus R50.00. My problem is when i exhausted my R100 of my own money and was time to use the bonus funds the red tape rules came to light, when I called in to find out how to move this bonus funds to where I wanted to bet, I was told I can only bet on certain items advertised on there site, when I was called by there consultant to FICA such information was not told to me, where I can bet with there bonus and etc. We should be free to gamble any where on there site and I feel this is false advertising to catch people to join and once you in they inform you that you can only bet on certain items after you exhausted your own funds.
