Escalate pending withdrawals for approval asap please I don't want to wait for Monday

Hi supabets team, been trying to get help from your consultants on what's app portal since this morning and no one is coming to my aid. Can you please escalate to the relevant department as per norm to approve my withdrawals assomblief tog the next thing you will be telling me to wait for Monday because you dont approve withdrawals on Sunday. I made a withdrawal yesterday and this morning none of those withdrawals are approved . I need money asap please guys. Mara guys aowa
