Entitled agents who dont help

Utterly shocking service, or should I say no service. I logged a query, dealt with at least 6 agents over chat, email, WhatsApp and calls. No one has taken accountability for my situation. The instant chat doesn't work, because agents drop the chat and then you need to start a new chat. The person on whatsapp does not respond to questions. Its almost like they are more important, said their say and what you have to say is of no importance. Email, they dont respond to your questions, only what they feel they want to respond to. I'm disgusted
