Eft withdrawal not paid in full

I made Eft withdrawals yesterday afternoon of x 3 R500, only x1 R500 was credited to my account today, i have querried this with supabets but they are not doing anything about it, all they tell me is that they have escalated to the rwlevant team, but norhing is being done, rhis is not the 1st time i lodges a compalint with hellp peter regarding a similar incident, im waiting for my money to be paid to me for the last 30 hours or more
