EFT deposit not cleared!!!!!!!!! Bunch of idiots!!!

Made an eft deposit on the 11th Dec via FNB and sent proof of payment for clearence yet the money hasnt updated on my SB account!!!!

I called in multiple times given empty promises by agents and was told that my issue was escalated yet no results whatso ****en ever... If you guys dont want us to use your services just tell and close your ****en company down!!! Lazy bunch of people!!!
