Do your job as no one pay for calls and scanning of slips that you fail to capture on time

Good morning all

I am really tired that when i always deposit money at the ATM i must again call and scan my slip for you to capture the amount.This your responsibility to do your job as i put the correct reference number .Who will pay call and internet cost to do what was supposed to do by you.This really stressing and annoying.
