Dissappering Bonus

On Friday 29/11/2019 I deposited R200 into my account as Supabets were running a black Friday special, my Bonus of R200 reflected the next day on 30/11/2019, I hadn't found games which I could play so I decided to keep my bonus, to my surprise today when I woke up I found that the R200 had disappeared and R11.70 is reflecting as a bonus. I called the support line and was advised that someone from accounts would call me back immediately, Its been 3 and a half hours and I'm still waiting for the call back.
