Disgusting service from customer support

Your customer support agents and rude and unhelpful. I've been in contact for the last 4 days trying to resolve a query and because they dont know they answer they just end the chat. Today I had a different query, but while I was typing trying to ask how the feedback would be provided to me again the agent ended the chat without me asking my question. I end up more frustrated than when I started. I've asked for a manager to contact me that hasn't happened. These people cant even type full sentences, their responses come across like they dont want to be there. I recieved an email to say I'm one of your best customers....well if this is how a best customer is treated how are the low spenders treated. Disgusting arriving
