Deposits not credited - Nedbank requests ***** case to be opened

I made a deposit via Nedbank ATM at 640am yesterday and till today it has not been credited to my account, support is unable to assist me, they say they are escallating the query however its over 24hrs and still my money is not reflecting. Nedbank has asked me to open a case of ***** as on their system the deposit was successful.
