Deposit query of R350 using SID instant EFT

I am so frustrated with supabet. We join such platforms to make or loose money. The sad part is that on the 5th May 21 I deposited R350 at around 23h30 using SID instant EFT. The R350 was debited with reference SID***. To my surprise money never reflected on my balance. I contacted the live chat that takes hours to respond in so the query was logged and send to the deposit department. You make follow up they don't answer instead they leave you hanging on their live chat. I just recently joined supabets but I won't recommend it for anyone. Poor customer service, poor turnaround time in resolving queries. They don't even issue a reference number even if you do a follow they will ask for your username and they are out of the live chat. Anyone is supabet a **** or what?? How do I claim back my R350 from supabet
