Deposit problem

Im so upset! I make a deposit at absa atm directly into supabets and my acc was not credited. Then i went online and contacted them and i keep getting told we are attending to your query,so then i email my proof of payment also etc and never hear from them, i made three calls to them and get told a lot of stories why my account isnt credited yet. Client support is pathetic as a regular player im disgusted in the why they handle a query
