Deposit not reflecting due Supabet payment system.

Make deposit ,Capitec app dont allow me to sent a proof.As per Capitec the only way is to provide statement and Supabet want proof.

My question is I show you the statement where the payment reflect and your company details is on statements.

No I am strugle to get the money and it dont reflect.
