Deposit not reflecting

I made a immediate payment to my account, more than a day ago and it still doesnt rflect on my account, I dont know how many consultants I have spoken to from Supabets. Still my money is not reflecting on my account, i used online chatting system, the new whatsapp number, emailed my proof of payment and still nothing on my account 24 hours later.
