Credit my 1 voucher please

Hi, Iam pained by supabets I loaded a 2 voucher yesterday worth R85, and it was the second R85 for the day the first 1 was okay it went through, the second 1 was not credited to my supabets account I then called 1 voucher they confirmed with me that it was loaded at supabets, but supabets have been sending me from pillar to post since yesterday 2pm, with no solution that I'll get my refund The service is pathetic, iam so dissapointed that iam not getting any help I want my account credited Today....
