Complain about SUPABETS

People i started online betting with this company late November 2019, started with minimal wins and losses.

Around the 10th to the 14th December that's when i won huge amount of over R350 000, then the morning of the 15th i withdrew R1500 on eWALLET, then after i made bets for that day and the next day, after around ten minutes of logging off i made attempt to login but to my surprise my account was disabled.

I called in and was informed that they are doing investigations on my account.

Their investigation went for over 3 weeks then later they activated my account, unfortunately my account was R0.00 from R282 000.

I called and asked the reason they surprisingly told me the reason was that i "found a loophole" that's why i won.

Am i some company's web designer?? Was it me or their web designer who made mistakes?

Psychologically this thing has destroyed me, just loosing my winnings like that.

Please someone help me find the correct legal route to follow.

I wrote a complain to the gambling board they are registered with and awaits response.
