I'm really disappointed and not happy at all with your service.i have played a single bet with your bonus voucher and won R650 which now I cannot cash it out or withdraw and when asking why through Whatsapp,?the responses I get is that the voucher expired 15 days ago,then my question to you guys is if the voucher was expired why was is still reflecting in my account and was not forfeited?again why did it allow me to place a bet while it expired now I have the winnings that need to be cashed out and I can't cash out because you saying I used expired voucher?ist my fault that the voucher was not forfeited back to you guys.please look into this and realese my winnings.you guys are the one to blame as you allowed the expired voucher to place a bet.please I need that 💰
