cancelled Coupon without valid Reason and No proper feedback received from bookkeepers

My coupon was cancelled reason(Event Expired) but 2tickt played after the cancelled were Accepted Supabet is failing to give me Reason if Event Expired on The 1st Tckt how come 2nd &3rd tckt were accepted by operator? And who is liable for the system Error I have done my part how I was supposed to Process the coupon uf thy system can't do it? I cant accept the reason Event Expired I need explaination on what grounds the event expire ?why event became active on the other 2coupon...fortunate this is now a winning coupon they delay it purposly this is my time sending emails;calling ths call centre all they can respond with it Decline by system Why it was decline by system and accept the other 2 tickt? It either it Supabet Cruel tricks or thy protecting they employee or systems with of which as a client I cant found liable or accept the Loss because of thy cruel system I am sorry but trueth must come out on.this issue.
