Cancel my Supabets Account

On Friday 21 August, I deposited R200 into my betting account. Money reflected and I place a bet. The teams that i played was supposed to start at 10:45 AM, Then I saw that i played two ticket with R100, same ticket! I send whatsapp so that one ticket can be cancelled, Slow response from Whatsapp. But promised it will be cancelled in time. Then the games was changed to be played around 14:30 PM, Then i thought it is good because the ticket will be cancelled in time. On whatsapp i have been told it take 30Min to cancel, I waited and still not cancelled, I call the supports and they told me to send email to [Email Removed] i did that at 11:58 AM as the games will be playing at 14:30 PM, I waited and nothing was done. On Saturday 22 August 1:40 AM, I received an email from Robbie Van Gaalen telling me that it is too late to cancel the ticket. Your whatsapp is useless, your call centre is useless, email supports is useless. Just cancel my account , I will use other online gambling site. I'm fed up, How can i send an email at 11:58 AM and got a reply the next day?
