Can fairness be practised please

I'm not a fan of complaining but recently supabets has become unfair and unreasonable in the worst possible way . All you can seem to do is to deposit but get nothing out of it . I can tell you now I have been depositing funds into my account almost 5 days a week but if I tell you my last withdrawal was sometime in end June and nothing since then . It has become obvious that it's been set to make one lose cause it will drastically drop your money to zero without a single win apart from 80c . It's very wrong what you guys are doing especially to regulars. You should have put a large platform of games that will expensive to run then your cliantel gets to suffer for it . Please go back to the supabets we know or is it you changed management cause who ever is running it now is out there to take from the people and not care. I can no longer enjoy my spinning cause I predict a lose before I even start which is bad truly.I even wonder are those wins that are displayed legit and do those people even get their money or you have your certain kind that you allow to win as this doesnt make sense . Meaning we are the kind that gives you money to pay others ?Be fair to everyone dont make us feel like we dont belong here.
