I did a withdrawal yesterday at 7pm, it's almost 12pm the next day, still waiting, The customer service is pathetic really, I called them and I'm told I'm going to have to wait another 24hrs, ***? Waiting time is ridiculous. Get a better system in place, chatting service doesn't work, waited for an hour no response, your call back servers are down, there's always a problem, no urgency to help customers, the time I decide to try again and nothings changed, by another casino when I withdraw via eft it's immediately in my account, it's done automatically, but here you have to give out extra money trying to contact you for winnings... Got a lot of unhappy paying customers not good
