Bring back our money supabet

Supabets is not fair, if I had a choice I would leave them. However, it is not possible. I had winning long term tickets that i was already offered cash out but i refused to take it since I believed my tickets were going to win. Then the so called upgrades, surpisinlgy they restored almost every thing except our tickets. There is no longer cash out, there is no history of our active tickets. Yet the only tickets available they start from the 10th April after this so-called upgrade. None of the staff at supabets are willing to talk to us. In the live chat, no one is responding to it. Lucky I had printed some of my active tickets, and I'm continuing to monitor their progress. I would suggest that we set up a platform and get legal assistance to challenge these ******s. We can't let them get away with it.

Thank you Supabet, I have been contacted, and I am told the IT department is working hard to restore all the services including our previously active tickets. I thought, it is an honest thing to come back and report here. I can only hope they are telling the truth. Furthermore, I was even scared of depositing more funds to that platform. The lady I spoke to made me feel much better.

Noel M, we are not complaining because we lost our bets. We are complaining because, our winning bets disappeared. It seems you don't understand. Or there is just no Noel, it supabet infiltrating this platform, so they can neutralize the ratings. It's not working. Forget it.
