BOUGHT A VOUCHER WITHOUT BEING ASKED QUESTIONS

Hi guys I went to supabets Alexander Supabets,Did my betting on my way out I saw the ladies with computers doing online assistance,I then told them how I am struggling to bet soccer online ,I can only do lottery and Uk lunchtime and numbers,The lady.then asked to log in and buy voucher instore since there was nothing in the account,after purchased she then struggled to insert voucher nu,that is when she asked me if I have fica ,I said not yet,she then we cant change the voucher for money,I was not happy and to my suprise the manager of that Store is very *********** and unreasonable,I.am trying to show him tht your staff were supposed to ask me if I ficad or not before they can make me buy voucher,He continued.to argue with me as if he doesn't understand that was a mediocre service,cause in his books I was supposed to have asked his employees about their work,I doubt if he has the best interest in his heart,The arrogance he displayed was beyond my eyes,I still denied to be refunded my voucher and deposit directly.at atm like I normally do,
